At the time of your enquiry, I will be

able to give you an 

approximate timescale of  when you can

expect your pet portrait to be completed.

Then I will give you an accurate start date, At this stage I take a 20% deposit.

Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable unless an unlikely event prevents me from starting your artwork,the balance will be due on completion.
