Hi I am Gillian a self taught artist based in Hertfordshire, specialising in pet portraits!

During the lockdown of 2020, I decided to take the journey at the age of 50 to teach myself to draw. I have always loved sketching but never at a level I would share with anyone other than my family. I have a can do attitude so I put it to the test, to my surprise I began to create pieces that actually looked like the dog or cat that I was drawing!

Two years later and I have never looked back, with each pet I draw I feel a sense of pride that I am capturing your fur babies personality on paper for you to cherish forever!….
